Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through preliminary interviews, documenting each client’s journey from initial consultation to successful treatment completion.
  • Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring they receive the right interventions and support.
  • Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions, fostering open dialogue and promoting healing among participants.
  • Monitor clients’ progress continuously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must possess current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
  • Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling with a solid foundation in clinical skills.
