• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and personalized interviews to uncover underlying issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, setting clear therapeutic goals in partnership with clients to guide their progress.
• Provide focused individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs and preferences of clients, using diverse therapeutic modalities to encourage personal growth.
• Utilize teletherapy technology to facilitate online counseling for clients facing mobility challenges or who prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any adjustments to treatment plans to uphold ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and conferences to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on industry advancements.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families coping with challenges such as trauma, relationship issues, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. Our focus is on providing tailored care that meets the distinct needs of each client, fostering an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.

• Possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this position.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build secure therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Display empathy and a nonjudgmental approach when working with clients through their challenges.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities to handle caseloads efficiently.

• Experience working with clients facing addiction issues is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in private practice or an outpatient setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, is preferred.

• Annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
