What is a remote online running coach?

A remote online running coach is a fitness professional who provides personalized running training, guidance, and support to clients through digital platforms rather than in person. They typically assess an athlete’s goals, experience, and fitness level, then create customized training plans, offer feedback, and monitor progress using communication tools like email, video calls, apps, or messaging. This setup allows runners to access expert coaching regardless of their location, making it a flexible and convenient option for improving running performance or preparing for races.
