Job description

What Sets Us Apart:
At IHS, we are more than a home services company. We are a portfolio of community-driven brands united by a commitment to quality, trust, and exceptional customer experience. Our regional marketing model gives marketing professionals the rare opportunity to operate at scale, building expertise across multiple brands while working within a high-performing centralized team where your impact is visible and your growth is supported.
What Sets You Apart:
Are you a brand-obsessed marketer who knows how to make a local business impossible to ignore? We are looking for a creative and strategic Area Marketing Coordinator to own how our home exteriors brands show up in their communities - on social media, on Google, in customer reviews, and across the web. If you understand that visibility drives trust, trust drives calls, and calls drive revenue, and you can manage that across multiple brands simultaneously, we want you on our team.
How You Will Help:
As an Area Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as the brand presence engine for multiple IHS brands within your region. You will own organic social, online business profiles, online reputation, and community engagement - exercising judgment to build brand equity and local visibility across brands. Your work shapes how thousands of homeowners perceive and choose the brands you support.
Responsibilities:
  • Organic Social Media: Own social media strategy and execution across all assigned brands, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and platform management. Develop brand-consistent content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms that reflects each brand's voice and local community. Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats and translate them into actionable content changes.

  • Community Management: Monitor social media and online channels for comments, mentions, and messages and respond promptly and professionally on behalf of each brand. Build and maintain an active, engaged online community for each assigned brand. Identify opportunities to strengthen brand relationships with local audiences through organic engagement, partnerships, and community-facing content.

  • Google Business Profile (GBP): Own GBP management across all assigned brands, including listing accuracy, photo libraries, posts, Q&A, and service descriptions. Monitor and optimize profile performance to improve local search visibility and map pack presence. Ensure consistency of business information across all profiles and correct discrepancies across third-party directories.

  • Reviews & Online Reputation: Manage online reputation efforts to support review growth, lead generation, and brand awareness. Monitor and respond to customer reviews in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Design and implement strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews, supporting each brand's local reputation and search ranking. Track review volume and sentiment trends by brand and surface insights to the Regional Marketing Manager. Identify recurring themes in negative feedback and escalate patterns that may indicate operational issues.

  • Local Content Creation: Curate a living photo and video library for each assigned brand, including job site shots, before and afters, crew highlights, and customer clips. Work directly with field teams and project managers to capture content from active jobs, ensuring a consistent pipeline of authentic, local creative assets.

  • Brand Engagement: Travel regularly to assigned brands within the region to maintain working relationships, conduct in-market brand reviews, and support content creation. Serve as the brand marketing subject-matter expert in brand-level business reviews, translating brand performance metrics into actionable insights for brand leadership.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a brand marketing, social media, or content marketing role

  • Experience managing social media and online reputation across multiple locations or brands simultaneously

  • Strong creative instincts paired with analytical discipline - you can build a content calendar and read a performance dashboard with equal confidence

  • Deep familiarity with Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, and reputation management platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously without requiring daily direction

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across distinct brand identities

  • Experience in home services, multi-location, or franchise marketing preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across brand and regional teams

  • Solid problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Benefits
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development tied to your personal interests

  • A transparent, supportive, and collaborative work environment

  • The chance to make a positive impact on our communities and the environment

  • Competitive:
