• Conduct individual therapy sessions using our secure online platform, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported.
• Assess clients' psychological needs thoroughly to develop personalized treatment plans that set realistic goals.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies based on their evolving needs and feedback.
• Keep detailed, accurate, and confidential records of client interactions in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals when necessary.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all client interactions and treatment provisions.

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist at BJC Psychotherapy Services, you'll serve a diverse range of clients, each with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current active licensure as a mental health therapist in Maryland, including one of the following: LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective individual therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and a strong comfort level conducting remote sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Capacity to function independently while also being an effective collaborator within a team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience in a community health setting.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience working with diverse populations, enhancing cultural competence in therapy.
