• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately identify their mental health concerns and needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure online platforms, ensuring a safe environment conducive to client openness.
• Support clients in setting therapeutic goals and guide them through their journey toward recovery with ongoing encouragement and actionable feedback.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and professional guidelines.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctorate in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate rapport-building and enhance the therapeutic relationship remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a client-centered approach to care.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage remote sessions and related documentation.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services or working in a remote therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Prior involvement in clinical supervision or peer mentorship initiatives is a plus.

• Salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, determined by your caseload and experience.
