• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, ensuring the identification of their specific challenges and goals.
• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and a client-centered approach, continuously reviewing and adjusting as needed.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and progress notes to promote effective treatment tracking and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers and mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients with complex needs.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in the mental health field, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients, including adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to facilitate your transition into this rewarding role.
