• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing our secure online platform to maintain a professional therapeutic environment.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs, ensuring an actionable roadmap for their therapy journey.
• Regularly monitor client progress towards goals, adapting treatment plans in response to changes in their mental health status.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other mental health professionals when necessary to deliver comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of mental health to provide informed and effective therapy.

Our clients encompass a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a remote counselor, you will work with clients from all walks of life, emphasizing an empathetic and culturally competent approach to care. Your work will directly contribute to positive outcomes by equipping clients with tools to manage their mental health and improve their quality of life.

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Proven experience providing individual therapy, with a deep understanding of therapy modalities.
• Strong proficiency with digital communication technologies for conducting therapy sessions remotely.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling meaningful connections with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team framework.

• Two or more years of direct experience as a mental health counselor is preferred.
• Familiarity with online therapy platforms and digital tools that enhance patient engagement.
• Experience in a community health setting or working with diverse populations is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
