These centers use internet-based communication systems and specialized software to manage customer inquiries, provide support, or process orders. Inbound call centers focus on answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering service rather than making outgoing sales calls. Employees typically need a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and strong communication skills. This setup allows companies to access a broader talent pool while giving agents more flexibility.
