Our organization focuses on preventive care, fostering a culture of support, and accessibility. We emphasize the importance of mental well-being and strive to create a safe space for our clients to explore their feelings and achieve personal growth.

This remote position allows you to create your own workspace and set a schedule that fits your lifestyle. The role harnesses advanced telehealth tools designed specifically for mental health care, ensuring seamless communication with clients. Your daily interactions will be conducted via secure video conferencing, providing both you and your clients a safe environment to engage and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic services to clients through remote sessions, focusing on low-acuity individuals seeking assistance with mental health and emotional issues.
  • Facilitate client sessions where you guide them to articulate their thoughts and emotions, providing a supportive atmosphere conducive to open dialogue.
  • Utilize active listening techniques and observation skills to assess client needs and identify issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish realistic goals, develop actionable plans, and assist them in gaining insightful self-awareness.
  • Implement a solution-focused approach that encourages positive change, resilience, and coping strategies within your client sessions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals who are stable and presenting with low-acuity mental health concerns. These clients will have undergone thorough screenings to ensure that their needs align with the services provided. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, helping each individual find their pathway to better mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Must be a fully licensed mental health professional, holding one of the following licenses: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
  • No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and candidates must have a clean professional record without disciplinary actions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential in this role.
  • Proficiency with computers and telehealth technology is necessary for effective client interaction.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, with familiarity in carrying out virtual counseling sessions and utilizing digital therapeutic tools.
  • Previous work with diverse populations will be advantageous, particularly in managing clients with common emotional and psychological issues.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, supporting your wellbeing as you support others. Enjoy the luxury of a flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance and the autonomy to design your work hours. As an active counselor, you will have access to the platform’s therapeutic services without charge, enhancing your professional experience.
