Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to clients through remote sessions, focusing on low-acuity individuals seeking assistance with mental health and emotional issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must be a fully licensed mental health professional, holding one of the following licenses: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and candidates must have a clean professional record without disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential in this role.
• Proficiency with computers and telehealth technology is necessary for effective client interaction.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, with familiarity in carrying out virtual counseling sessions and utilizing digital therapeutic tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
