Looking for a flexible remote BCBA role with strong clinical support and manageable caseloads?

One Step Forward is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote clinical oversight and support for ABA services across New Jersey. This is a part time opportunity for a clinician looking to work in a collaborative environment focused on quality care, meaningful progress, and strong clinical outcomes.

We are seeking a BCBA who values ethical care, clinical excellence, and collaboration while helping children and families achieve meaningful results through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA therapy services

  • Review treatment data and monitor client progress

  • Develop, update, and modify individualized treatment plans

  • Support implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to ABA therapists

  • Conduct clinical case reviews and collaborate with caregivers

  • Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best clinical practices

  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification required

  • Active NJ LBA required

  • Experience supervising ABA services and treatment programs
