Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and interventions for clients and their families in the hospice setting.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Guide clients and families through emotional and psychological complexities stemming from illness, employing evidenced-based therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in regular case reviews to evaluate and adapt care strategies in alignment with individual patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be providing psychological and emotional support to individuals with terminal illnesses and their families. Qualifications

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• Licensure: Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey, maintaining compliance with state regulations.
