Job Overview:

Pay Range $85hr - $90hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of effective communication and community engagement skills.
  • 5+ years of technical proficiency in healthcare data systems, digital platforms, and outreach technologies.
  • 5+ years of relationship building skills to build trust with providers, patients, and partners to support outreach goals.
  • 3+ years of data-driven outreach experience, gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to guide strategic engagement.
  • 3+ years of organizational and adaptable skills to manage multiple priorities and adjust to evolving community and technical needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support technical infrastructure for the organization and SAS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Ensure stability and performance of data exchange systems and applications.
  • Manage and coordinate change orders, bug fixes, and enhancements for the Client HealthConnex Clinical Portal.
  • Develop and support complex data queries to assist with data validation, transformation, and reporting. Verify data extracts and monitor ETL (extract, transform, load) job streams. Generate business analysis reports based on internal and external data requirements.
  • Use SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare tools to perform data exploration and generate insights for various analytic and outbound services.
  • Lead technical analysis efforts, bringing detailed knowledge of EHR systems and data integration methodologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data architects, developers, analysts, and clinical stakeholders to ensure data quality and system reliability.
