Customer Onboarding Contractor


LOCATION
Hybrid | Mondays and Tuesdays onsite; Wednesday–Friday remote


COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $30.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Contract


ROLE IMPACT
Support the successful onboarding of pharmacy and specialty distribution customers from account initiation through activation. This role coordinates account setup, tracks milestones, resolves onboarding issues, and partners across teams to ensure customers are ready to begin ordering accurately and on schedule.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate new customer onboarding activities, documentation, account setup, and activation across Sales, Credit, Regulatory, Contract Administration, and Customer Operations.
• Track onboarding milestones and service level agreements (SLAs), proactively following up on outstanding items and escalating risks, delays, or process bottlenecks.
• Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries while maintaining accurate onboarding records, workflow documentation, status updates, and reports.
• Research and analyze customer information using Salesforce, SAP, and other onboarding tools.
• Support process documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and related administrative or operational activities.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience supporting customer onboarding, account setup, cross-functional projects, or customer operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation, tracking workflows, and coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders.
