Omni Care Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our telehealth team. • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to determine each client's unique mental health needs and challenges.
• Design, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and circumstances.
• Offer individual therapy sessions, as well as couple and family therapy, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress, documenting developments and adjusting treatment strategies as appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of clients' treatment journeys, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals when necessary to create a holistic treatment approach.
• Stay updated with the latest practices in mental health to provide evidence-based therapeutic solutions.

You will engage with a diverse client population, offering support to individuals across various demographics and backgrounds who are facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your approach will be centered around building trust and rapport, enabling clients to feel secure in discussing sensitive topics and working towards their recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure to practice as a mental health therapist; licensure options include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster effective client interactions.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Adeptness in employing evidence-based practices for effective mental health treatment.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of culturally sensitive therapy practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms, enhancing the delivery of virtual therapy sessions.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rich compensation package, we provide a comprehensive benefits suite, including:
