Managers are responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining safety and compliance standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of the industry, and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders across different locations. Remote project managers often leverage technologies like project management software, video conferencing, and real-time data monitoring to stay connected with on-site teams.
