The Human-Centered Agentic AI Experience Design Senior Manager leads multidisciplinary teams at the intersection of Human-Centered Design and Agentic AI Experience Design, bringing the next generation of human-AI collaboration to life through innovative design, rapid prototyping, and advanced agentic AI solution development.

The Work:

Working closely with AI and data experts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and clients, this leader helps shape transformative human-AI experiences that balance intelligence, trust, usability, and measurable business impact. The role is deeply embedded within the AI & Data team, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, responsible, and impactful human experiences that redefine how humans and AI work together. Beyond client work, the Design Director plays a key role in fostering a collaborative, interdisciplinary culture across AI, data, and domain teams, while mentoring and inspiring the next generation of talent passionate about designing human-centered agentic AI solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Transform complex business processes into intuitive human-AI collaborative experiences that drive measurable business outcomes and amplify human capabilities;

  • Design and develop agent-delivered, human-centered visual and multimodal experiences that increase user adoption, engagement, and effectiveness across AI solutions;

  • Establish and champion human-centered Agentic AI design principles, methodologies, best practices, and industry use cases across functions and industry sectors;

  • Shape human-centered agentic AI experience strategies that ensure AI systems are intuitive, trustworthy, ethical, explainable, safe, and aligned with user needs and business goals;

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing and developing agentic AI tooling that enables the rapid creation, deployment, and safe operation of AI agents for end users, creators, and executive stakeholders;

  • Build strong client relationships and partner with organizations to reimagine their business through innovative, human-centered AI experiences;

  • Collaborate across diverse communities, including domain experts, AI engineers, AI scientists, and designers, to advance the state of the art in enterprise AI transformation

Travel may berequiredfor this role. Theamount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on businessneedand client requirements.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience translating complex technical domains, including artificial intelligence, into intuitive, actionable human-centered experiences.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience using digital or AI tools in designing and developing human-centered content

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in AI-focused strategy or human-centered AI experience design, including hands-on application of generative AI, natural language processing, and large language models in professional settings.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in designing and developing human-centered content that catered to a wide range of audience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data analytics tooling

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate's degree, must have minimum 10 years work experience)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Proficiencyin Python andpython-based AI/ML framework and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow,PyTorch).

  • Experience working with language models like LLM's APIs andoptimizingtheir usage for specific applications.

  • Experience with the following programming languages: Python, C++, Java, R, SQL
