ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.
We are seeking a Remote Office Coordinator to support our Cardiology office in Torrance, CA.
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $23/hr
Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry
  • Verify insurance coverage and patient information
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and follow-up visits
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Route messages to appropriate staff members
  • Collect co-pays and patient balances
  • Process patient payments and assist with basic billing duties
  • Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and medical records requests
  • Monitor patient flow and communicate wait times professionally
  • Complete daily administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and stocking front desk supplies

Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 2 years of front office experience in a clinical healthcare setting
  • Bilingual, required
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
  • Organized and patient-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment
  • Must be MA certified
