Your work will directly impact individuals grappling with a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational struggles. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, a nonjudgmental attitude, and cultural sensitivity in understanding clients' unique experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance an active caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• History of working with diverse populations, including underserved communities or clients with complex backgrounds.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
