Join Our Team as a General Laborer at Lotus Design!

Lotus Design is a small business with big ambitions, focusing on stewardship, sustainability, and innovative solutions. As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio to include cutting-edge projects such as ADU's, off-grid living systems, and catchment systems, we are seeking a General Laborer to join our team. If you enjoy working in a creative, fun, and team-oriented environment where ideas are welcome and skills are constantly growing, then Lotus Design is the place for you.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various construction and landscape tasks on job sites
  • Follow blueprints and instructions to complete projects
  • Operate hand tools and heavy equipment as needed
  • Perform remodeling, carpentry, stone work, and installation work
  • Ensure quality control inspection and maintain a safe work environment

Required Skills:

  • Experience with blueprints and construction/landscape tools
  • Knowledge of carpentry, remodeling, lighting, and plumbing/irrigation
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment and follow safety protocols
  • Ability to lift more than 50lbs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
