Housekeeper Job Specification:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout our nursing home facility. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a sanitary and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Housekeeper Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
  • Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness

  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, staff, and visitors
