Presence Multicultural Counseling Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our remote team. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to set your own schedule and work from any location. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, ensuring all needs and concerns are effectively identified.
• Formulate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific issues and goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages, as well as couples therapy to enhance communication and resolve conflicts.
• Regularly review and adapt treatment approaches based on clients’ progress and evolving needs, using methodologies grounded in best practices.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories in compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care, ensuring holistic support for clients.
• Prepare for and engage in crisis intervention situations, offering immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
• Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and innovations in marriage and family therapy to enrich your practice.
• Engage in professional development opportunities, participate in training sessions, and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
• Advocate for clients' rights, offering them guidance in making informed decisions regarding their treatment options and future steps.

Our clients represent a diverse spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. You will be addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and life transitions. Your objective will be to create a safe and welcoming space for clients, where they can openly discuss their challenges and aspirations.

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• Proven experience providing therapy services to individuals and couples.
• Strong background working with various age groups, including children, adults, and families.
• Exceptional documentation skills for maintaining timely and accurate client records.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapeutic interventions.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar settings.
• Knowledge of culturally-responsive therapeutic practices.
• Demonstrated ability in working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
