• Build and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients to facilitate safe and effective counseling.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans, providing ongoing assessments of client progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate referrals to other specialists when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

In your role as an LMFT, you will serve a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. You'll work with individuals and families navigating complex relational dynamics, providing specialized care that promotes growth and resilience. • Must possess active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is mandatory.
• Proven experience in providing individual and/or group therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic frameworks.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time-management abilities to effectively manage a varied client caseload.

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly in telehealth or remote services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.
• Previous work in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices.
