• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health statuses and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and goals.

Our clinic serves a wide array of clients, primarily adults facing various mental health challenges that may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with eligibility to provide therapy services in New York.
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for this position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for establishing rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• An empathetic, compassionate mindset conducive to supporting clients’ diverse backgrounds and mental health needs.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently, balancing client needs with administrative tasks effectively.
• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting with a focus on individual therapy is highly desired.
