Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other recognized methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions in compliance with state regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to uphold clinical standards and address challenging cases.
• Participate actively in professional development workshops and training sessions offered by the organization.
• Commit to ongoing education to stay current with trends in mental health care and therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Our patient population comes from diverse backgrounds, and you will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care tailored to their personal experiences. Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from a recognized regional university.

• At least two years of direct experience in providing psychotherapy to adult clients.
