Role Overview:
  • In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using your clinical expertise and healthcare knowledge.

  • These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field by improving clinical reasoning, decision support, and patient communication.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:
  • Design and solve real-world nursing and patient-care scenarios to test AI reasoning.
