• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to effectively evaluate clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community support workers, to provide holistic care and develop integrated service plans.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to remain informed about the latest research and best practices in social work and mental health.

This role primarily serves a population experiencing various mental health challenges, including those facing trauma-related issues, anxiety, and depression. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and require nuanced approaches that respect their unique circumstances, histories, and cultural contexts. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, qualifying for licensure.
• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, showcasing professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

• Experience providing trauma-informed care and working with crisis intervention.
