• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients' mental health, strengths, and challenges.
• Administer appropriate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to patients’ individual needs.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to each patient’s care.
• Guide patients and their families through complex mental health diagnoses and treatment options, ensuring they have sufficient information about medications and therapeutic processes.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing diverse evidence-based modalities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, integrating patients’ goals and preferences into actionable strategies.
• Assist patients in navigating the mental health system, advocating assertively for their rights and addressing their unique needs.
• Facilitate dynamic therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and critical discharge planning meetings.

Your work will primarily focus on adults, adolescents, and families seeking assistance with a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
