• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and inform individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions using various evidence-based practices to foster personal growth, resilience, and well-being among clients.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and certifications to refine your clinical skills.

As an LMFT at Inner Peace Oasis, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. The scope of therapy includes both individual and group settings, allowing you to apply your expertise to help clients navigate their mental health journeys. Your role will be pivotal in fostering healing and resilience, leading clients towards lasting recovery and emotional health.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges, enhancing their comfort in therapy.
• Proficient in organization and time management to handle caseloads effectively and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

• Experience with specific populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices for mental health treatment.
• Experience in telehealth practice is a plus, given our commitment to providing flexible therapy options.
