• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments comprising psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment strategies that address their mental health goals, considering cultural and personal backgrounds.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in settings that may include individual therapy, couples sessions, family therapy, and group therapy.
• Offer crisis intervention services, working closely with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care for clients facing acute mental health crises.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and applicable regulatory standards.
• Provide psychoeducation for clients and their families, equipping them with skills and knowledge necessary to manage mental health conditions effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care for patients.
• Regularly assess client outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, making adjustments as needed based on progress and feedback.
• Stay current with research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all patient interactions, ensuring a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Our therapy clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Previous experience providing telehealth services is advantageous.

The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
