ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Contractor Nurse / RN (Compact) with Vironix Health, you oversee Medical Assistants work and advance patient escalations to ensure patients are safe and are taking necessary precautions to remain in good health. This role is best for RN's who are independent, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Our comprehensive, flagship product provides Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM), and Complex Chronic Care Management (CCCM) services to physician practices for enhanced patient care and significant new revenue generation. We further provide cellular-enabled devices, software, mobile apps, and monitoring staff to support patients and improve outcomes while reducing healthcare costs and hospitalizations.

ROLE STRUCTURE
  • Fully remote role
  • Performance-driven: You are paid $35 per billable (not actual / real-time) hour of work you complete. The more quickly and efficiently you complete your work the more you will make per hour. There is no cap on what you can earn hourly or monthly. Average earnings are around $45-$55/hr

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide remote clinical oversight for patients with chronic conditions, including monitoring physiologic/RPM data and identifying care needs
  • Develop and maintain individualized care plans while coordinating with medical assistants and clinicians to support whole-person care
  • Analyze and interpret patient monitoring data, applying clinical judgment to detect trends, risks, and necessary interventions

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
