• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ psychological and social needs to develop personalized treatment plans.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

• Prior experience in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based practices for treating anxiety, depression, and trauma.
