This full-time remote position allows for flexibility, enabling you to create your own work schedule. You will be working primarily in a school-based setting, collaborating with educators, school administrators, and parents to ensure students receive the support they need. Our team utilizes telehealth platforms to deliver services efficiently while maintaining accessibility and confidentiality.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to identify individual needs.
• Collaborate with students to develop tailored treatment plans that respect their cultural backgrounds and align with their personal goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to students in individual and group settings.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring timely and effective support for students experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions aimed at empowering students and their families with tools and strategies to manage mental health challenges.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to gauge effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and trends to enhance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality regarding all patient information at all times.

Our primary focus is on the mental health of students in the Rochester, New York area. • A Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.
• Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with students and families from various cultural backgrounds.
• Experience with telehealth platforms is beneficial.

• Previous experience working in a school or education-based setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices.
• Experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents is a plus.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
