Job description

What You Will Be Doing:
In this Aircraft Maintenance Support Engineer position, you will be responsible for writing, validation, and maintenance of Retrofit technical publications including Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO), Service Bulletins (SB), Service Information Letters (SIL) for military and commercial variants of C-130B-H, C-130J or C-5 aircraft.
Candidate should have an engineering or strong technical background in aircraft maintenance development and be knowledgeable of TCTO, SB and SILs.
Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with customers, engineering, and other organizations to define Retrofit requirements. Successful candidate should possess knowledge of aircraft avionics systems, structural, and pneumatic systems. Successful candidate should have knowledge of military specification requirements and logistic support concepts and be able to read and interpret engineering drawings. Prior military or industry experience relating to aircraft maintenance and knowledge of complex automated and integrated aircraft systems preferred.
