We are looking for an Allstate experienced Licensed Service Professional to join our team! The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running on Day 1. We take pride in providing quality services to our clients. Our team strives to provide assurance to the customers that we will do everything within our power to help them achieve the best outcomes. We are looking for someone to join us in this mission.

Purpose of Position

To provide extraordinary service to customers, prospects and referrals. Provide sales producers with possible sales opportunities and assist in sales and office organization. Drive higher customer retention and increase the number of Google reviews.

License Requirements

Georgia Life (preferred)

Minimum Performance Requirements

Improve retention and Drivewise enrollment within first 30 days. Additional requirements to be determined by agency owner. Updated as needed.

Essential Functions

·   Answer phone with a smile each time

·   Update/endorse customer policies

·   Use approved Allstate platforms- CRM, texting, email, phone

·   Enter comments into the CRM promptly

·   Handle billing inquiries, process customer payments, conduct policy reviews

·   Notify Agency Owner of dissatisfied customers and customers at risk of leaving

·   Work audit and CRM reports

·   Review new business log weekly and complete onboarding and welcome tasks, including uploading required documents, asking for Google reviews and referrals

·   Write new business if opportunity is there

·   Cross-sell existing customers- offer life insurance, mortgage protection and financial services

·   Follow up on pending endorsements and applications daily

·   Handle additional duties as assigned or needed

·   Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
