Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, licensed insurance agents to join a growing national sales team. This is a full-time, fully remote position supporting a well-established agency in an active growth phase.

Agents in this role work exclusively with inbound, pre-qualified inquiries — there is no cold calling. The position offers an hourly base that scales with production, alongside uncapped commission and weekly pay.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and assess their coverage needs
  • Educate clients on available plan options and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Manage the application and enrollment process from initial contact through completion
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and carrier requirements
  • Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through
  • Consistently meet or exceed established production targets

Qualifications

  • Active Life amp; Health insurance license in your resident state (Florida applicants: 2-15 license)
  • Multi-state or non-resident licensing preferred
  • Prior insurance sales experience preferred
