The nature of this role may occasionally require evening and weekend hours to facilitate special events and programs, ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients comprehensively.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, using validated assessment tools and techniques.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans that address clients' goals, ensuring measurable progress and outcomes.
• Advocate passionately for clients' rights and access to resources, navigating complex systems and reducing barriers to service.
• Engage actively in program development, evaluation, and grant writing, aligning our services with community needs and securing funding.
• Collaborate closely with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance service provision and community reach.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities to maintain a high level of engagement and professional growth.

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who are facing a variety of challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, social injustice, and economic hardship. Our focus is on marginalized groups and those requiring additional support to navigate life’s difficulties. By fostering empowering relationships with clients, you will play a crucial role in facilitating their healing and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Strong understanding of social justice principles and a commitment to advocating for marginalized populations.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills, enabling you to connect and build trust with diverse clients.

• Previous experience working within a non-profit organization or a similar service-oriented setting is preferred.
