This remote role offers you the comfort and convenience of working from home while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. As part of our collaborative approach, you will have regular check-ins with our interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and community health advocates, to ensure comprehensive care. • Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to understand their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Utilize telehealth technologies to guide clients through their therapeutic journeys, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review treatment plans that align with each client's goals and track their progress effectively.
• Provide resources and support to clients dealing with relationship issues, life transitions, and family dynamics.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client sessions and treatment progress, adhering to best practices in documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain current on therapeutic methodologies and state regulations.

You will be serving a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship discord, and life transitions. Your ability to foster trusting therapeutic relationships will be the cornerstone of effective intervention, contributing to significant improvements in your clients' emotional health.

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Nevada.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field is required; a Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex cases.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, allowing for effective client engagement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to providing culturally competent care and respecting diversity within client populations.

Experience with teletherapy platforms will be advantageous, as well as familiarity with community resources in Sun Valley, Nevada. Prior work within community health systems or non-profit settings can significantly contribute to your success in this role.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, determined by your experience and qualifications.
