Goshen Medical Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote role focused on providing critical support in our Detox Center. This remote full-time position allows for flexibility while ensuring accessibility to our Detox Center staff and clients. Although primarily conducted during regular business hours, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for special events or programs. This role leverages virtual communication platforms and digital resources to maintain a supportive environment for clients and staff alike, ensuring effective service delivery regardless of the setting.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs, formulating individualized intervention strategies.
• Deliver both individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans aligning with clients’ objectives, implementing adjustments based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients' rights, ensuring access to vital resources and supporting their navigation through social justice challenges.
• Engage with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enrich our program offerings and extend our reach within the community.
• Contribute to program development by participating in evaluation efforts, grant reporting, and advising on best practices for optimal service delivery.
• Participate actively in team meetings, providing insights on case management strategies, client progress, and community outreach initiatives.

Our primary focus lies with individuals and families facing substance use disorders, mental health issues, and those affected by trauma. The clients served at our Detox Center often experience a myriad of challenges including addiction, anxiety, depression, and social alienation. You will play a pivotal role in supporting this vulnerable population, empowering them through compassionate care, skill-building, and resource connection.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, advocacy, and social justice principles.
• Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate empathetically and effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Exceptional organizational skills, enabling effective case management and documentation practices.

• Experience working within a nonprofit organization, particularly in settings that emphasize mental health and substance abuse, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems to assist clients in achieving their goals.
• Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms for telehealth and client communication.
