• Conduct in-depth assessments to diagnose and identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of students.
• Provide individualized therapy and support to students and families experiencing challenges that impede their educational progress.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse client needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized service plans that reflect client goals and adjust interventions based on ongoing assessments.
• Act as an advocate for students, ensuring they have access to essential resources, while addressing any barriers to educational success and mental health.
• Contribute to the ongoing program evaluation and development of new initiatives that respond effectively to community needs.
• Collaborate with school personnel, community organizations, and local agencies in efforts to enrich student support services.
• Participate in regular team meetings, workshops, and community outreach efforts that align with the mission of Keck Health Care LLC.

Your primary focus will be on students within school settings, spanning diverse backgrounds and facing various challenges, including academic stress, familial issues, trauma, and mental health concerns. You will work closely with families and educators to provide holistic support that enhances students' emotional well-being and educational experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• Profound knowledge of trauma-informed care, advocacy, and current community resources geared towards social justice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster empathy and understanding in client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and service plans efficiently.

• Prior experience working in educational settings or nonprofit organizations focused on mental health and social services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Participation in policy advocacy related to mental health and educational reforms.
