• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, establishing trusting relationships that encourage openness and healing.
• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices, adapting your approach to suit the unique circumstances and strengths of each client.
• Develop and implement tailored service plans, setting achievable goals and objectives in collaboration with clients to promote personal growth and well-being.
• Advocate for clients' rights and needs, navigating and connecting them with relevant community resources and services to enhance their quality of life.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of our programs, ensuring alignment with community needs and social justice goals.
• Engage in regular team meetings, training, and community outreach activities, sharing insights and collaborating on best practices.

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, and socio-economic disparities. Our clinic focuses on empowering clients to navigate their situations and access appropriate resources. By offering comprehensive support, you will contribute to improving mental health outcomes and fostering resilience within our community.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential.
• Strong understanding of social justice principles, advocacy strategies, and the importance of trauma-informed care.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational skills to manage a diverse range of client needs effectively.

• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or similar community-focused environment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and methodologies that enhance service delivery, including electronic health record systems and data management tools.
• Background in developing educational programs and community initiatives aimed at fostering awareness and advocacy.
