Community Care Advocate (Crisis Support | Non Profit)

$19/hr | Fully Remote After 2 Weeks of Paid Training | Detroit, MI

Training & Schedule

Training (Onsite in Detroit):

  • Week 1: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Week 2: Same schedule as your trainer

After Training:

  • Work Fully Remote
  • Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance and support.
  • Listen with empathy and identify community resources that fit callers' needs.
  • Provide referrals for services such as housing, food assistance, healthcare, utility assistance, childcare, employment resources, and more.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
