Job description

Does your current company inspire you to build, grow, and innovate? Is your passion for making lasting and meaningful change being realized?
The tremendous growth in our business and increasing demand for our services means we are expanding our team in exciting ways. We have the heart of a startup and the backing of an industry leader. This means a unique career opportunity for low-ego professionals looking for a people-first, culture rich work family with which to change the world.
About the Role:
EOI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager, Solutions Delivery to drive the successful implementation and ongoing management of benefits technology for our clients. Reporting to the Director, Solutions Delivery, you will act as the key liaison between bswift technology delivery teams, client HR teams, and broker partners. This requires diligent assessment of client needs, clarifying and documenting enrollment rules and product specs, client employee census analysis, validating configuration accuracy, and coordination of testing prior to go live. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, accurately, and with exceptional client satisfaction. You will be the primary POC for any client technical issues that arise and facilitate meeting the client's evolving needs with the bswift platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technology delivery; guiding the case builders, data specialists, clients, and brokers through system implementation and ongoing support.

  • Lead the full lifecycle of benefits technology projects, including requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, integration (data feeds/EDIs), and client approval.

  • Act as the bswift subject matter expert, advising clients and internal teams on system capabilities, best practices, and evolving needs.

  • Lead and support the technology team in troubleshooting and resolving technical or process issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal client disruption.

  • Manage project timelines, monitor post-implementation performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Close collaboration with the rest of the client facing team (those leading the non-technology aspects of the case) to ensure a united and consistent client experience.

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to clients and internal teams, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the system.

Required Skills & Attributes
  • Exceptional Project Management discipline: Highly visible ownership of the project, organizing/leading meetings and deliverables, managing client/broker expectations, driving accountability, mitigation of project risk, identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Deep understanding of the bswift platform's capabilities and ability to elicit the required information and decisions to enable the configuration, workflows, and integrations.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.

  • Analytical thinker skilled at breaking complex problems into actionable solutions.

  • Extensive experience facilitating client decisions that impact the configuration and systematic success of medical, dental, vision, life and other voluntary benefit products.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Customer-centric mindset, balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Excel and extensive familiarity with Benefits Administration systems, integrations, and third-party technology.

  • Fluent in data analysis and auditing techniques.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • 5+ years coordinating the delivery and support of Benefits Administration systems, with extensive bswift experience.
