This role is fully remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of their own homes while leveraging telehealth technology. • Deliver compassionate clinical services through individual and group psychotherapy, ensuring compliance with our organizational policies and relevant professional standards.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and crisis interventions, expertly managing challenging situations with non-judgmental care.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including timely submission of clinical service reports and mental health treatment records, to uphold our standards of care.
• Provide consultation to multi-disciplinary teams, including institutional staff and psychiatric colleagues, to facilitate effective mental health management and support for our clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in staff meetings, in-service training, and program development activities.

As a Mental Health Therapist at ReviveLife Medical Health Center, you will primarily work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Our clients often include those who may be marginalized or overlooked by traditional healthcare systems, and your role will be vital in advocating for their needs and ensuring their access to necessary therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and up-to-date licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in providing mental health services, including crisis intervention and counseling.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in mental health counseling, psychological assessment techniques, and the complexities of diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.

• Experience in a telehealth environment is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with digital health tools and platforms.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health treatment.
