• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting sessions, treatment plans, and client progress.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental demeanor that fosters a safe therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance client caseloads and administrative duties.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings or those who have specialized training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or mindfulness practices will be highly regarded. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is also a plus, as it enables seamless service delivery.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, with final compensation dependent upon your caseload size and experience.
