Originate residential mortgage loans to existing and prospective homeowners (both military and non-military borrowers). Follow up via phone, text, and email daily to qualified inbound and outbound leads. Participate in local events and community outreach to develop relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners. Use a consultative sales approach to present tailored mortgage solutions that best match the borrower's needs and then support them throughout the loan process. Qualifications: Active or pending mortgage loan originator license (NMLS). 3+ years of residential mortgage lending experience Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and motivation to serve the military community. Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM platforms, loan origination systems, and digital communication tools. Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
