As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions to clients via video chat.
• Implementing solution-based treatment modalities to address the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering their overall mental wellness.
• Facilitating discussions to help clients gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health care to stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health concerns. The clients you will work with may struggle with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possess one of the following fully independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Have no limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions against your professional standing.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Exhibit strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate digital platforms seamlessly.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

• Experience working with diverse adult populations in remote settings.
• Familiarity with digital mental health tools and online counseling platforms.
• A track record of developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
