• Psychosocial Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments in a timely manner that leverage your understanding of human behavior and psychosocial factors impacting treatment outcomes. Maintain sensitivity to ethical considerations and risk factors.
• Clinical Interventions: Provide empathetic and supportive counseling for individuals and families. Facilitate family meetings to manage difficult decisions, such as end-of-life care and treatment directives. Collaborate with Case Managers on discharge planning and resource referrals.
• Triage Management: Effectively manage a clinical caseload while identifying high-risk situations. Balance patient needs with ongoing care requirements, and proactively seek support when needed for challenging cases.
• Legal and Ethical Compliance: Integrate legal standards into all clinical assessments and interventions. Maintain awareness and compliance with Tenet Policies and Crisis Intervention procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per policy requirements, including care plans, progress notes, and educational resources.
• Training and In-Service: Provide training sessions for hospital staff about the psychosocial dimensions of patient care. Participate in educational workshops or Lunch and Learn sessions.
• Quality Improvement: Contribute to monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators aimed at enhancing patient care processes.
• Continual Professional Growth: Stay updated with the latest practices and standards in social work, and complete necessary training sessions to ensure accountability in all clinical roles and responsibilities.

This role primarily supports patients who are undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, reflecting the qualifications and experience of the chosen candidate.
