• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and create individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic services and psychoeducation to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster resilience and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care for each client.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research and integrate this knowledge into your practice to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to improve overall team performance.

This position primarily focuses on serving a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who may be dealing with various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse issues. You will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and enhance their overall quality of life.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing direct mental health services in a relevant setting.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and multidisciplinary team members.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience working in a community health setting, particularly with underserved populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.
• Additional certifications or specialized training in evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
