Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral challenges. You will provide therapeutic support tailored to each clientโ€™s circumstances, driving measurable improvements in their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of an independent state-issued license: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive client assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and build rapport.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably providing therapy in an outpatient context.
  • Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.
  • A background in crisis intervention and management, particularly in the context of acute mental health challenges.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
