General Hope Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our remote team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work comfortably from home while utilizing advanced telehealth technology to ensure effective communication and therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring clients have accessible options to receive care regardless of location or personal circumstances.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and diligently to maintain compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals faced with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Our therapists are passionate about advocating for the well-being of all clients, striving to create a positive impact on their lives through tailored therapeutic interventions and supportive communication.

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively and efficiently.

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated experience in providing telehealth services. Familiarity with the specific challenges of remote therapy and experience in working with underserved populations is highly advantageous.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
